UW Sustainability Action Network

Join Us…

Please join the UW Sustainability Action Network (UW SAN) for this year’s Earth Day festival as we explore the theme: “Planting seeds for a sustainable future!”

There will be live music and dance performances, speeches from environmental and social justice leaders, delicious local food, interactive art installations, and student exhibits.

We are thrilled to announce Paris Alexa and Nikkita Oliver as our headlining performance and keynote speaker!!

UW SAN believes that Earth Day should be an inclusive event that anyone can celebrate and contribute to. In cooperation with our campus partners we have organized a festive showcase of a deep and diverse student movement. On Earth Day we hope many students come together to share their story, as we work together to paint the picture of a sustainable world. This year’s Earth Day can be something different, if together we can plant the seeds for a new path forward.

Many thanks to UW Sustainability and the UW Campus Sustainability Fund – CSF for powering this project, as well as WashPIRG, UW ChapterNet Impact SeattleUW EcoRepsUW Hip Hop Student AssociationS.A.G.E., and Earth Club for all the energy you have spent building this network with us!!!
